I know this struggle all too well. Growing up, I was repeatedly told to shrink myself, to quiet my dreams, to never mind. But deep within, I knew there was more to me than the world saw.
My journey to self-discovery didn't begin until I decided to break free from the suffocating grip of a toxic environment. In 2018, I made the courageous choice to leave behind my mentally draining job in the NHS, despite it being a childhood dream. The stress was literally causing my hair to fall out, and I knew I had to prioritize my well-being.
Stepping into the unknown, I immersed myself in self-development books and sought guidance through coaching. It was through this process that I began to unravel the layers of self-doubt and insecurity that had clouded my existence.
